Participatory design process started

Recently, we started the participatory design process with exploratory field studies to gain a deeper understanding of care in two different settings: mobile care and care in an institutional care home. Therefore, in a first phase we conduct a combination of participant observations and problem-centered interviews with care workers of different qualification levels. In a second phase, we want to build on the knowledge gathered and co-ideate first roles for robotic care technologies with different stakeholders by means of focus group workshops structured by a card-based approach.
